Welcome to Lulu Photography!

As a child, my father coined me with the nickname, Lulu. I'm not entirely sure why, but the name stuck and I will forever be known to him as such. Here at Lulu, I like to do things a little differently. When I look through the lens of my camera, I see the image of God reflected. I love to see how He reveals himself through each person. Sometimes it is the mystery of a glowing mother to be...or the purity of a newborn baby. I see the laughter and unbridled joy between siblings and the unabashed love between a couple on their wedding day.

There are so many visions of God's goodness and I am delighted to capture that one special moment in time to be cherished forever. It is my sincere prayer that I deliver the very essence of each person as he or she reflects God Himself.

Amelia’s Bridal Session

Well, we got her married off! My sister married the love of her life last night. It was the most precious, tender, sweet, gorgeous, and HOT wedding I have ever been to. I was so proud to stand by her side as Matron of Honor. It was a moment I will never forget.

I have been sitting on her bridal portraits for 6 weeks and I finally get to share them with you! She is so amazingly beautiful, but God marked her with an inner beauty as well. I am blessed to be her sister and her friend. I never would have dreamed that I would be able to take her bridal portraits one day. What an amazing gift God gave me in being able to capture my own sister!

Eric and I made a quick jaunt down to the Florida Keys. He had an appointment with a client and I had an appointment with the beach. Key West may not be a very family friendly vacation spot, but there were some fun photo ops!
