Macro Fun!

I have wanted a macro lens for as long as I can remember.  There is something about seeing the intricate details of God’s creation that leads me straight to worship!  What an amazing Creator we have!  I knew we didn’t need to pay the $700+ that was needed for a very specialty lens, so I went with the Kenko extension tubes.  They take some getting used to, but I think they will be a fun little addition to the ol’ camera bag.  It will be exciting to offer this service for my newborn clients since those precious babies grow way too quickly!

I’m a friend of Kelli’s here in Tampa. I love your work. I just had to comment on this set of shots as I too went with the Kenko tubes in lieu of dropping $700 on a lens and thus developing a new photography obsession. I’m still getting used to them too – macro is tough work! But I never would have thought of them for newborns. Great idea and beautiful shots!
